Utilize the SAP Learning Design System to inform all UI and interaction styles. Create a cohesive and unified experience for end users.

Conduct discovery on the information architecture of new content and use it to inform the design process. What is the most efficient structure and what content are users looking for the most?

Tested usability of two example category landing pages. Tree A was more easily and quickly understood for asking a question about a product and seeing all question threads about a product.

Information Architecture - 
A/B Testing Insights

  • The flat tree had the advantage in A/B testing. It allowed for easier and faster wayfinding of tasks like asking a question.

  • Solution areas were hit-or-miss depending on product. Need to consider scalability.

  • Users feel a clear distinction between organic engagement vs information from SAP, such as news/updates.
