What is it?

Reach is a health and human services platform to help state-level governments digitize standard processes including Medicare/Medicade, foster care and adoption processes, employee portals and intake systems. While at Drawn, I worked closely with Accenture stakeholders to support research and design of the platform.

Foster Care Application Flow

We streamlined the application process for parents interested in fostering a child. Previously, this process was burdensome with excessive paperwork and lacked clarity on the timeline and next steps. By conducting qualitative research, our team gained valuable insights and improved the user experience, making it more efficient and effective.

The Design System

Creating and governing the design system was a key project task. It streamlined the design process and provided valuable documentation to the development team.
